  • I can also write for your OC given you provide reference for their appearance, personality, and any information that would help me bring your story and characters to life.

TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning any work from Author, the Client agrees to the following terms:

PAYMENTS

  • Client must pay upfront for any commissions, in USD, through Ko-fi, Paypal, or in BRL, through PIX.

  • It is the sole responsibility of Client to bear any currency conversion costs, bank transfer fees, payment provider service fees and any other costs involved in transferring funds to Author.

PROCESS & DELIVERY

  • The turnaround varies from 1 to 8 weeks, depending on factors such as the complexity of the commissioned piece, word count, Author's health, and other works.

  • Client agrees that any fandom work will be posted to AO3 upon completion.

  • Client can request for the commissioned work to be delivered privately, as a PDF, .docx, or other format, to an email address.

  • Author cannot be held accountable for Client's loss of access to the delivery method, loss of delivered files, impediments such as spam filters or any other technical obstacles outside the responsibility of Author.

REVISIONS

  • Client has the right to three complete revisions in the drafting phase.

  • Any requests above that, however minor, will require a prior mutual agreement and will result in a proportional fee added on top of the previously agreed price.

  • Work on any such excessive requests will not commence until the payment for the additional fee has been received.

COPYRIGHT & USAGE

  • Any use of the commissioned work for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes is not permitted by Author.

  • Client does not hold the right to claim Author's work as their own or publish it without credit.

  • The commissioned work should never, under any circumstances, be used as a training dataset for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  • Client has the right to request a full refund if there has been no progress for one month, or when the commission has not been completed within two months.

  • Otherwise, Client is not allowed a refund once Author has started working on the commission.

  • These provisions exclude work interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accident or any other credibly documented reason for interruption of work.

  • If Author is unable to start working on the commission for any reason, Client will receive a full refund.

  • Client obliges to contact Author in a fast and responsive manner for comments, clarifications, opinions, validation of progress, etc. Lack of timely communication on behalf of Client will be recognized as implicit approval of all work progress and current state of the commission.

  • Author reserves every right to refuse or cancel any order, under the condition of full refund, without giving reasons to Client.

  • Any disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. If the work is already in progress, Client will receive the work as is, and no refunds will be issued. Author will have full right to refuse any service to Client in the future.
